Home Health Care Business Development or Sales Representative (Palm Beach County, FL)
All Advanced Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Palm Beach County. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through strategic planning and collaboration. You will help expand our network of referral sources and generate new business opportunities for our home health services. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of All Advanced Home Care by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Palm Beach County, targeting key referral sources within the healthcare industry.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources
- Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture potential referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physician groups, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct outreach to prospective referral sources.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Generate new business opportunities and referrals
- Conduct presentations to healthcare professionals and potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure highquality service delivery
- Stay uptodate on industry trends, regulations, and best practices for home health care.
- Represent All Advanced Home Care professionally at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Identify and develop relationships with new healthcare facility accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with building relationships with healthcare facilities.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals and organizations in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently.
- A deep understanding of the home care industry is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
