All America Home Healthcare, Inc. is seeking to hire a field Physical Therapist with Home Health experience to join our team in Munster, IN. This position allows you to set your own visit times within the visit day, must have knowledge of CMS guidelines. Travel is 100% of the time. Must be licensed in Indiana.
We are also hiring Physical Therapy Assistants.
We cover Lake County and Porter County, Indiana.
Requirements :
- Current Indiana Professional license & CPR certification
- Driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Current TB and health physical
- Home Health experience needed
- Knowledge of Home Health software applications required
- Separate rate for SOC
