Duties

- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed during participation in activities.

- Document participation levels and feedback to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Communicate regularly with residents to understand their preferences and encourage participation.
Skills
- Experience in assisted living or senior care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to work compassionately with individuals who have disabilities or aging issues.
- Understanding of the importance of socialization in enhancing mental health among seniors.
