Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team at All American Auto Group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to meet and exceed goals, and be committed to developing lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nurture long-term client relationships and build a loyal clientele
2. Exhibit consultative selling skills by asking questions, listening carefully, and providing personalized solutions to customers' needs
3. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to become a subject matter expert in automotive sales
4. Deliver high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles to potential customers
5. Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business and foster continued growth
6. Develop strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
7. Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
