The All-American Exposure Camp (AAE Camp) is an invite-only camp that offers athletes National Exposure, Football Training, and Life Skill Sessions for middle and high school athletes. Our respected media partners video and create exposure content for athletes attending the Showcase.
At AAE Camp, athletes learn from the best NFL, college and high school coaches to drastically improve their game. Participating in position-specific drills (QBs, RBs, WR/TEs, OLs, DLs, LBs, and DBs) and showcasing their talents by facing off against other top-tier athletes in one-on-ones, there is no better place to show out than at AAE Camp.

ABOUT THE POSITION
SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER
AAE CAMP Sports Photographer/Videographers assist by capturing photo or video during AAE CAMP experiences and events. AAE Camp photographer/videographers specialize in producing sporting images for commercial, artistic or editorial material. AAE Camp Photographer/Videographers capture the action and emotion of our sporting events through still photography and video. This involves taking photos and videos of the athletes, teams, coaches, spectators and all the other elements that make up AAE CAMP. The content taken will be used for to document the event, athlete exposure content, media coverage, marketing campaigns, website use, etc. AAE CAMP photographers/videographers must be able to quickly identify the best shots and capture them in the moment. They must also be able to adjust their equipment and settings to accommodate changing light and weather conditions.
The AAE Camp series runs a 4-hour camp day. The camp runs 7am-11am for middle school athletes and 12pm-4pm for high school athletes. The camps are held on Saturdays with occasional Sunday dates. The Camp Series begins in January - June/July. The AAE National 3-Day Camp is held June/July in Atlanta, Georgia.
AAE Camp is currently seeking photographers and videographers in the following city, states and surrounding areas for future camp dates:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to embrace AAE CAMP's mission.
- Use specialized techniques and equipment to produce photographs that accurately portray the action and atmosphere of the event.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of sports photography techniques.
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Must also have excellent communication skills, as they will often be interacting with athletes, coaches, and the media.
- Must have knowledge of digital photography.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with AAE Camp to ensure staff, athlete and parent satisfaction.
- Shoots various events, including camp series, national camp, tournaments and promotion events.
- Edit, process, and select best images for publication, social media and websites
- Photographs fans and in-game presentation.
- Assists with archiving of photos and managing image library and archive.
- Tells stories through innovative photo, video and digital media.
- Capture action shots of athletes during sporting events.
- Operate cameras and other equipment.
- Directs production of video content.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sports photographer or video experience.
- Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting and camera positioning among others.
- Travel to various sites as required.
- Experience with media streaming tools (i.e Facebook Live)
- Must use own equipment.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
