What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gunsmith - assistant to head gunsmith position at All American Firearms?
Applicants should have a gunsmithing certification of some type. Must be able to disassemble and reassemble revolvers, handguns, rifles and shotguns using reference materials. Must be able to drill and tap holes in steel or aluminum with accuracy of /- 0.003 inches of hole locations. Must be able to perform cold-blueing processes. Must be experienced in the use of air compressors, sandblast cabinets and airbrush equipment. Do not apply for this job unless you have experience drilling and tapping holes using a drill press or a milling machine! Preferred applicants will have experience using a lathe. TIG welding experience preferred. Pay will be negotiated based on certification and/or skills. Pay raises commensurate with contribution to P&L.
