As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business while working alongside a team that values precision, innovation, dedication and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Preparing financial reports and statements.
- Conducting regular reconciliations of accounts.
- Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees
- Provide subcontractor checks
- Submitting and processing invoices
- Monitoring inflow and outflow of company capital
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Review and prepare tax documents
- Keeping financial books consistently updated
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting
- 2 years of experience in payroll
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- RFMS software experience is a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
