All American Gymnastics Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant. Hours will be primarily evenings during the week and mornings to early afternoon on the weekends with the exception of special events. The summer month hours will vary slightly from the school year months. You will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced environment. Our business is centered around creating a positive experience for parents, participants and visitors.
Responsibilities:
· Answering phones and directing calls
· Greeting and assisting customers
· Assisting customers with registration and scheduling
· Light Cleaning and organizing
· Other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Reliable
· Ability to be flexible and a willingness to help outside of scheduled hours as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
