Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Boys Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gymnastics and a commitment to fostering a positive and safe environment for students of all ages. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and encouraging personal growth through the sport. You will work closely with students to develop their abilities, instill confidence, and ensure their safety during practice.
- No experience needed will start training Immediately!
- Flexible Schedule- Weekday Afternoons ranging from 3:30-7:30 with Weekends as needed.

Duties
- Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques and routines, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Organize and lead warm-up exercises, conditioning drills, and cool-down sessions.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively handle diverse student needs.-
- A passion for promoting health and fitness within a gym or health club setting.- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
