Job Summary : The Bilingual Retention Specialist will play a key role in our agency, focusing on the retention of our multilingual staff. This position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with all our employees. The ideal candidate will develop and implement retention strategies that foster a positive work environment and promote long-term employment.
Responsibilities :
