The PCA Supervisor is responsible for field operations and supervision of the implementation of care and treatment plans, therapeutic activities for individuals as directed by licensed practitioners. Participates in the development of treatment places, program functions as well as policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of assigned caregivers (CNA's, PCA's and HHA's) to assure performance of tasks, functions and responsibilities necessary to assure appropriate individual care plan and active treatment is offered in a clean, safe and secure environment, in accordance with federal, state and unit policies and procedures. Provides supervision, counseling and evaluation of caregivers (CNA's, PCA's and HHA's) on assigned case.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Will maintain all agency and state required supervisor visits.
- Conducts meet and greets, first visit shadowing and random field visits when necessary.
- Serves as the initial point of contact for all caregivers.
- Orients and trains staff to ensure best practice and standards of care are met.
- Develop, implement and train in best practices.
- Coordinates caregivers' daily assignments.
- Observes, provides and participates in monthly, quarterly and annual competencies and skill
- Identify and communicate safety concerns.
Observes all safety rules and applies accident prevention principles while performing duties;
- Delegate responsibilities and direction to caregivers.
- Communicates and advocates problem-solving skills as needs arise.
- Observes and documents patient status and reports any issues or complaints to the designated
- Supervises caregivers to ensure compliance and safety to all patients and caregivers.

- Extensive knowledge of home care processes and procedures.
- Resolves patient requests, questions and initiates follow-up for concerns and provides
- Facilitates interdisciplinary communication and acts as a staff liaison to provide necessary
