Job Overview
All American Pool Company is a well established company that is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Retail Associate to join our team. Starting pay depends on experience, but training is provided. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
- Work in conjunction with route technicians
- Perform water chemistry analysis on pool/spa water and give proper information and advise on test results
- Use cash register to enter sales
- Put away inventory
Skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
