We are representing a school looking for Girls Varsity Assistant Lacrosse Coach for a private program in Princeton, NJ. Assistant coach with playing/and/or coaching experience at the high school level. Able to teach beginners basic skills and coach players who are college Div. 111 bound. Emphasis on making each player better and building team unity and enthusiasm for the game.
Job Details:
- Position: Varsity Assistant Coach
- Practice: Mon-Fri. 3:30-5:30, Need to be at school by 3:20
- Dates: 3/10 - 6/1
- $4,000 stipend for the season
- Princeton, NJ
Position Overview
- This includes coaching players, developing and implementing practice plans, scouting opponents, and assisting with game day preparation.
- Both coaches will also work to develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans
- Coach players during practice and games
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families
- Assist with recruiting and evaluating potential players
- Help to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
