What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boys Volleyball Coach position at All Around Sports?
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our high school athletic program as the Varsity Boys. As the Varsity Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing young athletes, providing skill-based instruction, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and competitive environment. This position requires strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the personal and athletic development of the student-athletes.
Schedule:
- Practice in Evanston 5:30-7:30pm M-F.
- Games, M/W/F
- Lakeshore Athletic Conference
- Season: 3/3 to 6/6
Qualifications
- Strong background in coaching and mentoring student-athletes
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Previous experience in organizing and managing sports events
- Certification in coaching or a relevant field is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $2,000.00 per month
