What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Soccer Coach (weekends) position at All Around Sports?
Looking for youth soccer coaches to help lead youth enrichment programs in the greater Garden City area. Our program work with kids ages 2-8 years of age and we put on a program that introduces kids to soccer at an early age, encouraging play, fun and teamwork!

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate part-time coaches to join our team! If you love working with children, enjoy teaching through play, and have a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you.
Traits We Value: We’re looking for a dependable and adaptable individual with a genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive. You should be skilled at creating positive connections — both on the field with children and parents, and off the field with our team.
Schedule:
- Local parks in Garden City, nearby towns
- Mon - Friday: 4-8pm and Sat/Sun: 8 - 4pm
- Comp: $30 - $45 /hour
- Kids are 2-10 years old
Ideal Coach:
- Looking for a coach who is great with kids, has teaching experience and soccer is a bonus
- This is not high-level soccer, it's more a youth soccer enrichment style program
Responsibilities:
- Incorporate new techniques into practice sessions.
- Coach players on soccer fundamentals.
- Evaluate players' performances.
- Strengthen players' skills on and off the court
- Mentor young players.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
