What are the responsibilities and job description for the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach position at All Around Sports?
We are representing a school looking for girls HS Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach for a private program in west Boston. Looking for someone to continue to build and develop the program, have some connections to bringing in players, and who can work within the philosophy of the program. We have a solid young team and there is lots of potential in the years to come.
Job Details:
- Practice Mon-Fri, 3:45-5:30. Some weekends may be required. Games typically Wednesday's and Friday's, could be Monday and Saturday as well.
- West Boston area
- Season: 3/3 to 5/16
- Comp: Stipend, $4,000-7,000
Position Overview
- This includes coaching players, developing and implementing practice plans, scouting opponents, and assisting with game day preparation.
- Both coaches will also work to develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans
- Coach players during practice and games
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families
- Assist with recruiting and evaluating potential players
- Help to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
