We are representing a school looking for MS Girls Track and Field Coach for a private program in Princeton, NJ. 5-8th grade girls who are eager and ready to learn the basics and compete in local middle school meets in track and field events.
The coach needs to have experience in track and field events, enthusiasm for the sport, and build team spirit. They would co-coach and need to enjoy collaboration.
Job Details:
- Position: MS Track and Field Coach
- Practice: Mon. Tues. Thursdays from 3:15-5. Need to be at school by 3:10
- Dates: 3/24-5/14
- $3K stipend for the season
Position Overview
- This includes coaching players, developing and implementing practice plans, scouting opponents, and assisting with game day preparation.
- Both coaches will also work to develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans
- Coach players during practice and games
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families
- Assist with recruiting and evaluating potential players
- Help to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
