We are representing a school looking for girls Youth Softball Head and Assistant Coach for a travel program in Deerfield, IL.
Job Details:
- Position: Youth Softball Coach
- Practice: 2-4 days/week, all times after 5:30pm
- April to July
- $3K stipend for the season
- Ages 8-18U
Position Overview
- This includes coaching players, developing and implementing practice plans, scouting opponents, and assisting with game day preparation.
- Both coaches will also work to develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans
- Coach players during practice and games
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families
- Assist with recruiting and evaluating potential players
- Help to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
