We are seeking High School Varsity Baseball coaches who are available to lead spring teams for a few schools, across NYC and Brooklyn. Competitive team, has competed in league championship multiple times in last 5 years, and won two years ago
Looking for an experienced baseball coach who is excited to work with players who are college-bound and those newer to the game. Should be excellent at relating to young folks and building positive relationships
Pitching experience/coaching is a plus
Schedule:
- Head and Assistant Roles Available
- Practices Monday - Friday 3:15-6:30pm
- Season: 2/20 to 5/20
- Comp: $3,000-5,000
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily practices that include sport-specific fundamental technique, strategies, rules, conditioning, and safety
- Organize and supervise drills while executing and teaching sport specific techniques
- Collaborate and assign tasks to assistant coach(es)
- Stay current with rule changes and trends in your sport
- Seek professional development and collaboration with fellow coaches
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
