Youth Sports Coach

We are searching for enthusiastic and adaptable kids soccer coaches who possess a genuine passion for working with young children and leading them in a wide range of sports activities. As a sports coach, you will be responsible for instructing and organizing sports classes!

• Kids ages are 3-10 years of age
• Non-competitive enrichment-based programs
• Schedule: M-F mornings 9-noon and 2-5pm. (doesn’t have to be everyday)
• Locations: Hampton Roads, Norfolk areas
• Comp: $20-25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lesson plans adhering to the company's established curriculum.
• Instruct children in soccer techniques, physical literacy, and valuable life skills in a small group setting.
• Ensure a positive, enjoyable, and secure atmosphere for all participants.
• Engage with parents effectively, offering updates on progress and responding to any inquiries or concerns.
• Demonstrate and encourage principles of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for oneself and others.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance coaching abilities and understanding of the company's educational content.
• Help with the organization and takedown of equipment and materials for classes and activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
