Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Deliver behavioral health services in various settings, including clinics, schools, and homes
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
