Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and private clients throughout the Midwest.
- Drive revenue by generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
- Create tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts to meet client needs and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to represent the All Blown Up team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in special event sales, hospitality, or related field.
- Strong network of industry contacts (event planners, corporate clients, venues, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel throughout the Midwest as needed.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about the events industry.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
