We're expanding and looking for a motivated, ambitious, and experienced Special Event Sales Professional to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the events industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and private clients throughout the Midwest.
  • Drive revenue by generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Create tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts to meet client needs and maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to represent the All Blown Up team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in special event sales, hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong network of industry contacts (event planners, corporate clients, venues, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Midwest as needed.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about the events industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
