Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Build positive relationships with pet owners and provide guidance on pet care and maintenance
- Ensure pets are treated with patience, kindness, and care throughout the grooming process
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of professional dog grooming
- Must be comfortable communicating effectively with fellow associates & clientele
- Proficiency in various grooming styles and techniques
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and must be able to groom large breeds up to 90 lbs
