General Summary:
Albright ABA was founded to provide an evidence-based, individualized approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism and their families. We prioritize the importance of modern ABA practices that allow for a safe and supportive environment, raising the standard of care in our therapeutic approach.
This RBT position is to provide ABA services in-home and/or community-based services in Martinsville, IN
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with Autism inside in home and community settings
- Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
- Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, clinical leadership, and additional team members to support the client’s needs
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to be flexible and work as a team
Skills You Will Use
- Receiving and carrying out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection
- Providing customer service to the families at all times
- Collecting unbiased and accurate data during therapy sessions
- Working in a team to share responsibilities and duties

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
