Job Description:
- Project Manager
- Serves as an overall hands-on support and supervisory liason to ensure the successful launching and execution of the tutoring program on each campus
- Will serve as a layer of accountability by monitoring the tutoring program at each campus to ensure that the program is carried out with fidelity
- Must abide by State regulations and complete all State data reports
- Review and ensure accuracy of data submitted by Instructional Collaborators
- Communicate/Train with the State and company providing tutoring services
- Routinely report to Federal Programs Coordinator
- Work part-time, 3 days a week, from mid October 2024-May of 2025
Instructional Collaborator

- Work 3 days, 18 hours per week
- Train with the State and the company providing tutoring services
- Consistently monitor and supervise all assigned students
- Collect, submit, report data to all necessary parties
- Support student engagement in tutoring process
- Support (HIT) students' academic success in regular classroom
- Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with all (HIT) supervisors
Job Qualifications:
All High Impact Tutoring grant positions will require that the employee has at a minimum:
- Completed two years of study at an institution of higher education In Arkansas, 60 semester credit hours at a regionally accredited institution of higher education are required. -or-
- Obtained an associate’s (or higher) degree-or-
- Met a rigorous standard of quality and be able to demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and mathematics (or, as appropriate, reading readiness, writing readiness, and mathematics readiness). In Arkansas, the formal test accepted is the Educational Testing Services (ETS) "Parapro Assessment” and applicants must obtain a passing score of 457.
