We help professionals and luxury travelers secure the best possible flights at exclusive rates. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales/SDR to generate leads, prospect new clients, and fuel our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through cold calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
- Building a Sales Pipeline – Develop and nurture relationships with business executives and luxury travelers.
- Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Proactively connect with decision-makers and introduce them to our exclusive travel services.
- Sales Strategy & Targeting – Build lists of high-value prospects locally and nationally.
- Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives to convert leads into high-value clients.
- Goal Crushing – Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/SDR experience (inside sales, business development, or tech sales preferred).
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required if you have relevant experience).
- Start-up or high-growth company experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask – talk, type, and engage clients simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic & self-motivated – This is not a clock-in/clock-out job.
- Live within 30 minutes of Danville, CA.
