Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated A&R Representative to join our team at AB6 Records. As an A&R Representative, your primary responsibility will be to scout new talent, sign artists, and help meet our monthly key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a salaried position with the potential for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Scout for emerging talent through various channels, including live events, social media, and industry contacts.
• Manage the signing process for new artists, ensuring alignment with AB6 Records' goals and values.
• Work closely with artists to guide their musical direction and development.
• Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional strategies to maximize artist visibility.
• Meet monthly KPIs related to artist signings, performance, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, artists, and talent managers.

Qualifications:

• A college degree is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should be willing and eager to learn.
• A passion for music and an understanding of the industry.
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with artists and industry professionals.
• Experience in music production, talent scouting, or artist management is a plus.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and growth.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,750.00 per month
