Licensed Vocational Nurse (Shift Care)

About the Job:

All Care Extended Care has an immediate opening for a California LVN (LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES) for a private duty for our West Los Angeles and Santa Monica patients.

The clinician will be responsible for providing one-on-one care of a patient in a home setting according to their needs.

Thorough documentation of care provided and timely submission of notes.

Qualifications:

• California Nursing license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• SS no.
• Proof of authorization to work, if applicable.
• With Clinical background like g-tube, trach, and vent.

Requirements:

• TB test.
• COVID Vaccine and booster
• Physical at least within 6 months
• Titers- MMR/Varicella.
• Immunization, optional.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
