Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home healthcare services to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure the overall well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry
- Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of memory care practices is a plus
- Ability to lift and move clients safely
- Proficient in providing home community care services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
