Duties

• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and product launches.
• Create and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI while ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Lead the marketing team by providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Experience

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on healthcare marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing techniques and advertising best practices.
• Familiarity with health care management processes and market analysis.
• Proficiency in SEO strategies and analytics tools to track performance metrics.
• Experience with WordPress for content management and website optimization.
• Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
