What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Verifier/Managed Care Specialist position at All Care?
All Care VNA has a full-time position available. Assists with the Agency's insurance verification and case management structure and process, to provide cost-effective quality care for patients and families covered by Medicare, Medicaid and managed car insurances.
Responsible for the verification of patient insurance data and benefits as well as coordinating this data to all affected departments. Confers with appropriate departments on any changes to insurance benefits.
High School diploma or GED required. 1-3 years experience in health care setting and knowledge of 3rd party payers preferred. Experience with Outlook-Word and Excel.
