Job Description
Evaluate and treat clients in the community setting providing services to persons with impaired functional and clinical communication skills, cognitive deficits and dysphagia. This includes evaluation and treatment of any disorders of the communicative and/or swallowing process related to organic and/or non-organic factors.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Certified to practice by American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Registered to practice in the state where services are rendered. One year of experience under qualified supervision in a hospital or community health setting. Unless otherwise agreed upon by employer, employee must have a valid drivers license. Furthermore, employee shall have use of a vehicle during working times and insurance as a driver of that automobile. Must be familiar with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
