• 1 ( ) year(s) sales experience preferred but will train the right person
• Motivated with a Drive for success
• Self-Starter
• Must have the ability to close 25% of leads issued
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have great presentation skills
• Must be results oriented, money motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $275,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

- Conduct outside sales activities within the residential construction industry.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and contracts with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
- Drive sales growth through effective account management and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
