Position Summary:
All City Candy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Fulfillment Team Member to join the fulfillment crew and achieve all shipping, customer service and operational targets.
Job Description:
Fulfillment team members are crucial members of our organization, they receive, process, and pack orders for shipment, and track inventories for products and goods. It’s a fast-paced job where filling orders swiftly and accurately is essential.

- You have flexible availability even though we have the BEST retail hours – Monday-Saturday 10:00 A.M. -6:00 P.M. and Sundays Noon-5:00 P.M.
- Holiday’s off – Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and fulfill orders on time
- Answer and resolve customer questions and issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory counts
- Establish positive client relationships via email and telephone
- Coordinate fulfillment of special requests
- Help customers in-store
Education and Background
This position requires a high school diploma prefer applicants with an associate degree or equivalent with coursework in business, customer service, or sales.
