At All City Management Services, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as our Part-time Area Supervisor in Hermosa Beach. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our local Crossing Guard programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model and provide guidance to Crossing Guards
- Ensure safe and efficient crossing operations
- Monitor and report any incidents or safety concerns
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and dependable individual with excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Able to lift/transport items up to 20 pounds
Compensation: $21.50 per hour, depending on experience. Work 4 hours a day, school days only. Eligible for yearly bonus and mileage reimbursement.
