ACMS is looking for a dedicated individual to join our leadership team in Central Florida! This Lead Supervisor would oversee Area Supervisors in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Lake County, Ocoee, and Hillsborough County. The Leadership Team is ultimately responsible for overseeing and managing their local Crossing Guard programs in this field based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Operations Manager or Team Manager
- Responsible for field compliance with Company policy and procedures for School Crossing Guards working in one or more departments.
- Coordinates the assignments of Area Supervisors and/or Lead Crossing Guards as they work to meet the operational needs of all departments under their supervision.
- Tracks initial assignments of new employees and ensures follow up training as well as completion and submission of Site Evaluation(s) on these employees.
- Conducts proper orientation, training, field instruction and ongoing safety review of employees.
- Completes and submits required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- When requested, acts as liaison with school and city officials for coordination of School Crossing Guard program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must meet all requirements for a School Crossing Guard and be fully competent in performing guard duties.
- Must demonstrate leadership and organizational skills sufficient to manage assigned area.
- Must be self-motivated and dependable.
- Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and maintain proof of current automobile insurance.
- Must be able to store, lift and transport various items of equipment weighing approximately 20 pounds.
- Must provide inventory control and storage of field equipment and administrative supplies.
- Must submit to and successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening prior to and/or during employment. Must maintain a record free of serious offenses.
- Must monitor time worked so as to meet all legal requirements for rest breaks and meal periods. Any instance of being unable to meet these legal requirements must be reported to supervisor immediately.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required.
COMPENSATION:
- Lead Supervisor earns $26.50 an hour for up to 8 hours a day. Position is eligible for yearly bonus and mileage reimbursement.
- Work done off-the-clock is not required nor allowed. Supervisors must have prior approval from the Operations Manager for any/all hours worked over their established budgeted hours.
