We are looking for an outgoing, full-time Outbound Sales Specialist to add to our team. The Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for reaching out to existing customers to offer rehook services. Rehook services include assisting customers in getting their vehicle moved from our storage yard to the next location, which may be a collision shop, their home, or a mechanic. If you enjoy helping others by providing great customer service, and can communicate well over the phone, this may be the position for you.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A OUTBOUND SALES SPECIALIST
We place great pride in achieving customer satisfaction, so the following is required for this position:
· 1 year of sales experience, preferably outbound call sales
· Ability to recognize and capture sales opportunities
· Strong customer service and resolution skills
· Exceptional attention to detail when collecting and entering data
· Computer savvy – ability to learn new computer programs as needed
· Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
· Effective listening skills
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
JOB DUTIES
Some job duties include but are not limited to:
· Outbound calls to existing customers to offer rehook services
· Inbound customer service calls from customers and CSR’s
