Project Manager for Restoration/Mitigation Construction Company
LOCATION: Southeast Florida
Project Manager plans and oversees construction repair projects from start to finish. This involves planning repair work that meet deadline requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract. The Project Manager must effectively communicate with customers, as well as manage relationships with key stakeholders and create benchmarks for success and deliverables (including managing budgets). Ability to lead their team, provide valuable input and direction, and complete projects within the specified budget/period/time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Four years of experience leading projects in the construction/restoration industry and the ability to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings or equivalent experience
- Education: Degree/certification in a construction-related field such as construction management, civil engineering or equivalent work experience
- Project Management software: Must have experience using project management software
- Communications skills: Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders is required to be successful in this role
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Florida driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle report
Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented. Must be able to handle large volume of projects in a timely manner. Restoration knowledge required. Xactimate knowledge preferred. Knowledge of DASH Project Management software a plus. Spanish speaking a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must have own vehicle, valid Florida Driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass background and drug screening.
Compensation package includes competitive salary, commission/bonus, company contribution for health insurance and 401k.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
