Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, customer communication, and administrative tasks.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers and team members.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory and equipment orders.
Operations Management:
- Schedule and dispatch pool technicians efficiently.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of services.
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing field staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management, operations, or dispatching, preferably in the pool, landscaping, or home services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage a team effectively.
