Service Technician

Job Details

Purpose 
We are seeking a Service Technician to ensure customer equipment is fully operating by diagnosing and repairing equipment.  

Responsibilities 

     1. Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and establish Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. 

     2. Keep up to date on equipment, competitor products and diagnostic tools through on-going training, as well as skill and knowledge development. 

     3. Maintain vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment. 

     4. Maintain clean and organized work environment.   

     5. Follow all safety rules and regulations in completing work. 

     6. Accurately account for time and materials used in completing work assignments. 

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge 

• Valid driver’s license. 

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience. 

• Previous experience performing service repairs. 

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment. 

• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office products, standard desktop applications and Service Advisor. 

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs. 

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
