Responsibilities:
- Actively drive revenue by supporting prospective client interactions, leading discovery sessions, demonstrating our products, addressing questions, and overcoming objections to showcase the value of choosing ACP.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, including follow-up discussions, demonstrations, and questionnaires.
- Conducting Proof of concepts (POC) for our customers to showcase the value of our products.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve our sales goals.
- Collaborate internally with our technical teams, as well as our VARS to address complex technical requirements to achieve business outcomes.
- Work closely with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, aligning on customer needs and expectations for successful onboarding.
- Provide feedback to help improve our processes and products as we scale.
- Provide software and solutions training for sales teams
- Complete larger installations, training, demonstrations and support for customers
- Strong solution-selling and demonstration skills with the ability to articulate the value of software solutions, focusing on how they address key customer pain points and differentiate themselves in the market.
- Excellent discovery skills, guiding customers through structured conversations to uncover pain points and value.
- A solution-oriented mindset focused on helping customers envision how our product meets their specific needs.
- Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment; you will manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of key technical concepts.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Self-starter who quickly learns new technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a solution-selling environment or a similar role with transferable skills.
- Technical certifications for Microsoft and Comp TIA- A , Net , Security and Azure training
- Knowledge and proficiency- Uniflow Online, eGoldfax, Square 9, papercut (Server and Hive)
