We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong leadership and managerial skills, who can motivate and lead our team of Warehouse personnel in our Arizona locations.
This is role includes managing all aspects of our Arizona region warehouse activities. You will report to the Director of Operations, and work with other managers and personnel in AZ and in our other branch locations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of warehouse staff in our growing AZ division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; possesses a strong sense of urgency and time management. Is a good problem solver and is very comfortable working on a computer, as well as in a warehouse environment.

- Monitor and participate, as needed, with all aspects of warehouse operations
- Perform quarterly cycle counts
- Manage productivity expectations among warehouse team
- Travel to other AZ branches periodically to conduct warehouse tasks I those areas
- Interview and hire warehouse personnel as needed
- Ensure warehouse teams receive ongoing training required for their respective roles
- Resolve customer issues related to warehouse tasks
- Collaborate with Sales and Shop teams to ensure workload demand is met and that special project implementations can be carried out

- Three years of warehouse management experience ï‚
- Reliable, adaptable & detail oriented ï‚
- Able to apply concepts to practical situations ï‚
- Strong problem-solving skills ï‚
- Prior warehouse & data entry experience ï‚
- Prior forklift experience, or able and willing to learn ï‚
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs regularly and up to 75lbs occasionally ï‚
- Prior office equipment industry experience would be a bonus ï‚

Salary : $60,000
