**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from tenants and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
- Assist in rent collection and financial record-keeping
- Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintain tenant records and update property management software
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in property management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in project coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in general computer literacy required
- Background in clerical work or office administration is beneficial
