Our 4-doctor small animal and exotics practice is looking for a full-time associate to join or family friendly practice.Perham is a small close knit community home with outdoor opportunities galore and a relaxed lifestyle.

- Family friendly Orientation– Owners are a mother daughter team that have been doing what they love while raising their families.
- Hours - FT 4-5 days/week, no weekends, no holidays, no on call or after hours
- Small animal (canine, feline, and exotics)
- Open to accommodate any personal interests
About us:
- We are a 4-doctor practice (one retiring in October)
- Well-equipped hospital with newly updated inhouse digital radiographs, lab work machines and practice management software
- Current - exclusive small animal/exotic practice, but open to expansion to mixed animals if interested
- Current DVMs have combined and are eager to share their knowledge of orthopedic and advanced surgeries, exotics, and histo/gross pathology.

What we offer:
- Competitive wage based on experience $100K Base Salary, negotiable based on experience. 21-23% of production is also an option after 6 months of experience.

**Total compensation package will be considered based on 25% of projected production.
Requirements:
- MN DVM license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – we work hard but truly have fun while doing it!
- Small animal medical and surgical experience – new graduates that are willing to work hard and learn are encouraged to apply.
