What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Leader in training position at All Dry Basement?
We are growing and are looking for team members so we can continue to serve our customers. If you have a strong work ethic, have experience leading a team, are coachable, and will do your best to take excellent care of our customers then you may be who we are looking for.
The goal of this position is for you to be trained to lead a team. You will be installing our basement waterproofing systems, sump pump systems, crawlspace waterproofing systems, and foundation repair solutions. You will be using a variety of tools to accomplish this and safety is a priority. A clean diving record is needed. Those with leadership, plumbing and masonry experience will have an advantage.
Starting pay is based on experience and will range from $18-24 depending on your skill set. Those who demonstrate needed skills, work ethic, and job performance will be compensated for those skills.
