What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer position at All Dry Basement?
We are growing and are looking for team members to grow our production capacity. If you have a strong work ethic, are coachable, and will do your best to take excellent care of our customers then you may be who we are looking for.
The job consists of installing basement waterproofing systems, sump pump systems, crawlspace waterproofing systems, and foundation repair solutions. You will be using a variety of tools to accomplish this and safety is a priority. Priority will be given to candidates with plumbing and concrete experience.
Starting pay for labor is 15$ and can be adjusted bases on your skill set. Those who demonstrate needed skills, work ethic, and job performance will be compensated for those skills.
