The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person to spread the word about our exceptional services! This role is an Salary full-time position. You will promote the brand and business, reporting to the general manager. Your focus will be ensuring excellent job documentation that will drive the growth of our business and build a growing reputation. You will manage the day to day schedule as well as answering inbound phone calls from customers, insurance agencies, plumbers, real estate offices property managers, and others. The role will afford you opportunities for advancement as the company grows and according to your qualifications. Help us make “All Dry” a household name, and the number one service people think to call when disaster strikes!

Basic Qualifications, Education:

  • Required:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year prior work experience
    • Satisfactory background check
    • Experienced with computer tech, e.g. computers, smart phones, tablets, social media, Microsoft Office/other software
    • Excellent attitude
  •  
  • A plus:
    • College degree
    • Prior administrative experience
    • Experience with business software technologies
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong plus:
    • 1-3 years direct relatable experience
    • Multilingual skills

Job Requirements:

  • Able/willing to:
    • travel locally
    • walk and stand for long periods of time including driving, sitting
    • plan and execute a marketing strategy in the field with limited supervision

Core Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls and book jobs/projects.

  • Manage the calendar and review with management
  • Set up appointments and manage route via software provided
  • Assign jobs/inspections to field personnel

Communicate with customers, lead technicians and management.

  • Interact with and help potential customers and lead sources by phone
  • Establish relationships and rapport while building value in the brand

Review daily activities and results.

  • Ensure job book accuracy
  • Audit job documentation, ensuring compliance
  • Performance reviews with management

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
