Job Description:

All Embracing Home Care in Fargo, ND is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Overnight Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing overnight care and assistance to our clients from 9PM to 9AM. As a Care Manager Overnights, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients throughout the night.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and assistance to clients as needed
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and ensuring the safety of clients throughout the night
• Administering medication per client's care plan, if necessary
• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
