About the Role :
As a Weekend Live-In Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our client from Friday 8pm thru Sunday 8pm. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our client while promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that care plans are being followed accurately
- Assisting with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders as necessary
Communicating with client, families, and on-call staff to address any concerns or changes in condition
Qualifications :
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
