Description
All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Installer to join our team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array.
Duties- Prepare job site for solar installation
- Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment
- Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Maintain inventory of equipment
- Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
- Other relevant duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications
- Thrives in a team environment
- Portrays a high level of professionalism
- Has a positive and helpful demeanor
- Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75lbs
- Comfortable working long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Valid state driver’s license
- This is a full-time position with an expected pay rate of $18-23 per hour, DOE
